Inside the hotel you will find Carmen Restaurant. This eatery has large windows facing the Avenida de Andalucía and the terrace so you can enjoy some lovely views while you dine.
Specialising in seafood cuisine, our restaurant offers an extensive menu brimming with local, regional and national products. Huelva's prawns, Punta Umbría clams, Jabugo ham, meats from the Sierra de Aracena, fish and shellfish from the coast... This is just some of the produce used in our dishes. To accompany your food, we have a generous selection of red, white and sparkling wines as well as other drinks available.
In addition to the regular menu, we also have a daily specials menu available to guests who have booked either half board or full board. This menu is comprised of home-made dishes such as stews, broad beans with cuttlefish, seafood rice, a variety of fried fish, pork "a la cazadora", meatballs, Andalusian gazpacho and more.
For celebrations, events and business lunches, we offer special, customised menus.
