Carmen Restaurant Within the hotel, with wide windows overlooking to the Andalucia Avenue and the Bar-Terrace is located the Restaurant Carmen.
Specializing in seafood the restaurant offers an extensive menu with local regional and national products. The White Prawn from Huelva, the Baby Clam from Punta Umbria and the Cured Iberian acorn-fed Ham, the meats from Sierra of Aracena, The Fish and Seafood from the coast are part of the raw material from which were fed fires. And accompany them, of course, we offer you a generous assortment of red wines white, sparkling and beverages.
Apart from this a la càrte menu, a daily menu is served whether it has hired half board or full board, as you so please enjoy it. This menu is composed by Homemade dishes like Stews, Beans with Squids, Seafood Rice, Varied fried “ pescaito”(small fish) , Loin of beef chasseur ,Homemade Meatballs , Andalusian gazpacho (cold soup made from tomatoes, peppers, etc).
