RESERVATION GUARANTEE POLICY

When making a reservation you must provide a valid card as a guarantee with balance or credit. In some cases the hotel may charge an amount as a deposit confirmation and account of the contracted stay. The card will be used for bearing the cost of cancellation or no-show (NO SHOW), in cases appropriate. Following confirmation of the reservation you will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference number.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

According to the contracted services are:

• ACCOMODATION AND BREAKFAST: Bed and Breakfast.
• HALF BOARD: Bed, Breakfast and Lunch or dinner.
• FULL BOARD: Bed, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

IT IS INCLUDED A SINGLE DRINK PER PERSON.
All Restaurant services included in half board or full board are daily menus at the Restaurant Carmen of the hotel.

CONDITIONS OF CHILDRENS:

The discount applies to children from 2 to 12 years, always holding the same room with two adults. The Hotel may request documentation of children, to verify the exact age of them. If the age of the children were not corresponds to that indicated, the hotel may request payment of the difference in value reservation.

CRADLES:

To confirm availability, you should contact the hotel. No fees to be free.

RESERVATION MODIFICATIONS:

Any amendments or changes in reservations must comply with the conditions visits to the different dates and are always subject to availability, or capacity of the rooms can be requested via e-mail or phone.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations made 24 hours before arrival day no charge whatsoever. If you cancel with less than 24 hours before day of arrival or no show at the hotel, it will be charged the amount corresponding to one night's stay.

In case of no show the hotel before 18 pm on day of arrival, you could be charged the amount of 1 night's stay. If you anticipate this situation, notify the Hotel.

PRIVACY POLICY:

According to what established in the Spanish Organic Law on Personal Data (LOPD) we inform you that your data will be included in a CLIENTS file property of Hotel Ayamontino SL in order to carry out the requested reserve management and the information of the services that best suit your needs. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification and cacellation address Hotel Ayamontino SL, Avenida de Andalucía 35, 21100 Punta Umbría (Huelva), accompanied by a photocopy of your identity card and indicating the reference communication care rights LOPD.

CHECK- IN / CHECK- OUT:

Entrances to the hotel will be provided from 12:00 am the day of arrival, taking always exits before 12:00 h. Check with the hotel other possibilities, always subject to request and availability.
